Pretty silver filigree hoops with dangling drops of lapis lazuli make up this elegant pair of Afghani earrings, circa 1990s.

The Kuchi style hoops consist of silver and features hinged ear wires and bezel set blue lapis gemstone drops. 

They measure approximately 7/8 of an inch wide and hang about 1&1/4 inches long, weigh 6.4 grams combined, and marked “925” behind the drops.
